Meet your instructor

Hi, I'm Stu

I found AYAMA yoga after my own injury — and it changed how I move and feel. Now I teach a practice that's challenging yet welcoming, rooted in strength, pain relief, and a calm mind.

I haven't forgotten what it's like to be a beginner. Whatever your age or experience, you're welcome on the mat.
